The hotel is peaceful and spacious with a clean pool and views of the sea. The location is near a nice Japanese restaurant and the Mexican restaurant. There are lots of savory and plentiful breakfast options available.

The breakfast options were really tasty and exceptionally good. The à la carte restaurant on the premises was a great feature. The location in Akumal was stunning and amazing, right next to beautiful beaches. The room was cool enough and fairly quiet, with a separate snack bar and two beds.

The hotel was situated in the remote location to a shuttle stop. Moreover, it's just off the beach and in the sea and the kids water park and Mexico and the caribbean.

The rooms were cool and fairly quiet. The hotel was in a remote setting but close to everything, including the shuttle stop. It was so close to the Italian Restaurant in Coba. There were good restaurant options available.

My stay at this resort was fantastic! The buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was consistently great, offering tasty and high-quality food. I particularly enjoyed the excellent Mediterranean a la carte restaurant, where both the food and service were exceptional. The reception staff was quick and informative, and the customer service desk was incredibly helpful in arranging our dinner reservation. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the resort overall was kept in excellent condition. The friendly waitstaff at the buffet made us feel welcome, and although the food was a bit repetitive, it remained delicious. I also appreciated the amenities available and the regular transportation carts that took us to the beach and lobbies. The restaurants were all superb, and the pools were clean and well-taken care of. With all these positive aspects, it was definitely a great value for money, and the staff members were lovely throughout our stay.

We've traveled the world a lot so far. The food was fantastic. The cleanliness was optimal. We will certainly visit this hotel again and can recommend it with a clear conscience. Everything really fit here.

I recently stayed at Bahia Principe Grand Coba for 15 nights and it was an absolute paradise. The staff was incredibly organized, attentive, and helpful. Check-in was fast and the reception area was stunning. The up-to-date app made it convenient to make and cancel reservations for restaurants, concerts, and the spa. The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the property. The food was amazing and always served with incredible punctuality. The kids and teens clubs were a hit with my children, thanks to the amazing staff, especially Eric and Alberto. everything was working well, fast, and secure. Highly recommended!

Nice building, favourable location near to daily activities, and which is a short trolley ride away.

The beach section in the area of Tulum was great and hardly visited. The choice of food and quality was very good. All in all we enjoyed very much.

The cocktails could be better. Many beach sections are separated from the open sea by barricades.

We had a fantastic 6-day stay at this well-organized hotel. The food was delicious, the beach was beautiful, and the trolleys made getting around convenient. The evening entertainment was enjoyable, and the service after check-out was exceptional. The a la carte restaurants provided great service, and overall, we were very happy with our experience here.

The room is very large, the bathroom is very comfortable and has a great whirlpool bath! The buffet is delicious and varied. Swimming pools are very good. There's a great water park for kids!

Few people to attend the buffet. Yous should wait a lot to be served a drink during breakfast and lunch or to clean the tables and set the cutlery to accommodate the following customers. The drinks offered: they don't have a good whisky, they don't have Baylies, the alcoholic drinks known in Europe they don't serve. They don't have a good rum, a good Geneva, etc.

The room was kept very clean and available with a balcony. The hotel had a remote setting to stay till we have to get shuttle to airport. Plus we reached Riviera Maya Golf Club in 10 minutes by foot.

The bed was uncomfortable, that's sad thing.
